Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

International Shipping

We proudly serve customers worldwide, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Items in original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition
  • Original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene seals
  • Accessories showing signs of use or wear
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2 Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.

3 Package Your Item

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

4 Ship Your Return

Send the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5 Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued to the original card used for purchase
  • PayPal payments: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’ll be happy to assist you. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you once we receive your return. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
